Emily became a puppy raiser with Canine Companions for Independence (CCI) a nationally recognized service dog placement organization in 2006. During that time Emily spent raising service dog, Emily realized she wanted to help families make their dogs’ better companion. Emily purchased Dog Lovers from Pat Lacy in 2012, has continue to help make the family dog a better canine companion. Emily is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. Emily has one lab named Versailles and currently is also raising Emelia and Bandit as service dogs for CCI.
Kim Wright is a dog lover and a faithful follower of the DLOS approach to dog training. She has trained all of her dogs (past and present) at DLOS beginning 30 years ago. She is a registered therapy dog handler and evaluator with Pet Partners, an organization dedicated to improving people’s health through the positive interactions with therapy animals. Kim’s dog family includes Clarke (8 year old goldendoodle), and Callie (4 year old goldendoodle).
Kalli Ramon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Canine Psychology. Kalli has been training and working with dogs professionally for over thirty years. She utilizes her background in psychology to work with owners and their dogs to achieve their goals by using a no- nonsense approach. This consists of structure, consistency, and praise.
