What is a board and train?

A board and train is where your dog stays with our trainers for 1-3 weeks to introduce basic obedience, tune up obedience skills, and work on behavioral issues The amount of time needed varies depending on your dog. Some examples of what we have worked on with our board and trains:

• Resource guarding

• Separation Anxiety

• Confidence Building

• Impulse control

• Reactivity on leash

• Bratty behavior

• Fear issues

• Off leash with remote collar

What makes DLOS Board and Train different from other places?

We can cater to you and your dogs needs. Your dog gets personalized attention from our trainers. We can only accept 2 dogs at a time.

TRANSPARENCY IS IMPORTANT!

We believe that it is important to be transparent with our clients. We will communicate daily with texts, pictures, and updates during your dog’s training. You are also welcome to come see where your dog will be staying.

All board and trains include 6 group classes and training equipment (excluding remote collar):

1 week $1200

2 week $2100

3 week $3000

Puppy Jump Start Program

Your puppy will stay in Emily’s home during their vital socialization period (8-12 weeks). She will work on potty training, crate training, basic commands, loose leash walking, and proper socialization. This program includes training equipment and 6 puppy classes. Owners are responsible for food and vet bills. Emily has 16+ years of experience raising puppies. Contact us for more info!
